A l’heure où nous nous préoccupons de plus en plus de la sauvegarde de notre planète, la LED fait des fidèles dans le rayon des luminaires. Les créateurs ne manquent pas d’imagination pour embellir notre intérieur. Je vous ai sélectionné quelques créations qui ont retenues mon attention.
2 types de diodes (LED)
Juste une petite précision avant de vous présenter les lampes à LED de designers.
- Il y a celle dont la puissance est inférieure à 1 kw, que l’on connaît très bien puisqu’elle est omniprésente dans notre quotidien (les voyants lumineux des appareils électroménagers par exemple).
- Et il y a celles dont nous allons parler aujourd’hui, qui ont une puissance variable entre 1 et 4 kw, et qui équipent entre autres nos lampes d’intérieur.
Lampes à LED tendances
La lampe ballon
On doit cette lampe ingénieuse au designer japonais Kyouei : Une LED, une pipette de gonflage et un ballon de baudruche suffise. C’est une lampe mobile, légère, personnalisable, utilisable en intérieur comme en extérieur (dans le jardin par exemple).
La lampe Œuf
Quand je vous disais que certains débordent de créativité, je ne plaisantais pas ! La créatrice Céline Wright nous propose la lampe Tamago (traduction japonaise du mot “œuf “), que dis-je les lampes tamago. 6 petits œufs en papier là aussi sans fil, qui contiennent une LED qui se déplace à l’aide d’un aimant. Cette lampe diffusera donc de la lumière peu importe l’inclinaison. Cette boîte de 6 est à mon avis idéale pour votre chambre, en les éparpillant un peu partout.
La lampe pommeau de douche
Je sais ce que vous vous dites : ” Mais à quoi ça sert d’éclairer un pommeau de douche ! ” C’est pas faux mais ce qui est sympa dans cette lampe, c’est le lien entre la couleur de la lampe et la température de l’eau. La tête qui se fixe sur le pommeau vire au rouge dés que la température atteint 32°C.
La lampe Champignon
Juste pour le plaisir des yeux puisque cette création (unique) signée Simon Duff, un designer australien, vous coûtera la coquette somme de 1750 dollars. Au-delà de la forme de champignon ma foi très esthétique, les LED sont intégrées dans les basides du champi, ce qui donne une allure pure et très tendance à cette lampe. J’adooooooore ! 
La lampe effet ampoule
Chaque modèle est unique, puisque Pieke Bergmans, l’auteur de ces créations luminaires, en véritable artisan, souffle le verre ” à la main “. Il aime jouer sur les formes afin de doter ses œuvres d’une réelle signification notamment sur cette photo où la forme de coulée attribue un aspect naturel à ses lampes.
Avantages et inconvénients d’une lampe à LED
La lampe à LED à une durée de vie bien plus supérieure qu’une lampe incandescente classique ou une halogène. Écologique , elle ne contient ni mercure, ni plomb et est dans la plupart du temps sans fil, fonctionnant à l’aide d’une pile. Par contre ne vous attendez pas à une luminosité du feu de dieu, car l’éclairage que produit une LED est assez diffus et peu lumineux.
